YOGA GROUPS

Are you requiring insurance for a group of teachers or association?

The cover we arrange for groups of individuals is essentially the same as that we arrange for Yoga teachers that approach us as individuals.  However, there are advantages connected with a group policy.

Firstly, the standard premium rate is discounted.  Premiums have been set on a sliding scale basis according to the numbers within any one group or organization applying, so as the group of individuals covered increases, the cost per capita accordingly reduces.  Even for quite small groups, the discounted rates offer a reasonable saving.

Secondly, we can arrange to protect the liability of the organisation or association itself.  It is not necessarily sufficient to protect the legal liability of your individual tutors but also the corporate identity of your organisation, especially where training is provided under that corporate banner.

In some instances, having a group set up for insurance purposes can also be a useful means of remaining in contact with your trainees and graduates once they have begun to teach independently.

To set up a group policy, in addition to a Group Application form completed by you, we need a training syllabus and/or any promotional literature that is used. 

The discounted premiums would be charged to the first applicants requiring cover and thereafter on a pro rata basis, so that everyone within the group comes in line with a common renewal date.
